MEET AND GREET

​

At our first meet and greet, we'll sit down and get to know each other a little.  We'll chat about your needs, ideas and desires for your home.

​

DESIGN AND CONCEPT MEETING

​

This is where your design starts to comes to life.  During this consultation, we'll discuss your vision in more detail.  Together we will look at your home and how it currently functions.  We will go over your concerns, plans, budget, discuss timeframes and the scope of the project brief.

SITE MEASURE, SURVEY AND CONCEPT DRAWINGS

​

During this consultation we will measure the areas detailed in the scope of works in preparation to create 3D concept drawings of the spaces for presentation.  Any revisions to the concept drawings or additions are discussed during this meeting.

​

CONCEPT AMENDMENTS, 3D RENDERED IMAGES, FINISHES AND SELECTIONS

​

This phase includes creating 3D renders of the spaces, 2D concept boards of products, selection of finishes, fixtures, fittings, lighting, flooring and any furnishings specific to your project.  Samples of products will be obtained from suppliers for presentation.

PLANS AND DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

​

Once you are happy with the designs, fixtures, fittings and selections specification documentation, plans, elevations and section drawings will be completed for builders and trades.

​

QUOTING AND ORDERING

​

We'll get in contact with our trusted, qualified trades (or your's) and provide them will all of the information they require to quote on your project.

​

We also work alongside many trade only suppliers who offer product discounts, of which, our client's benefit.

​

SITE MEETINGS

​

Site meetings with third parties, trades and builders will be arranged during the renovation period.

​

INSTALLATION AND COMPLETION

​

Communication is key, so we liaise with you and all of the trades people to ensure a smooth installation process.

​
