MEET AND GREET

​

At our first meeting, we'll sit down and get to know each other a little.  We'll chat about your project and discuss your ideas, needs and vision for your home.  You'll understand how the renovation process works, possibilities for the space, whether we are a good fit to collaborate with a shared goal.

DESIGN BRIEF DEVELOPMENT

​

This is where your design starts to comes to life.  During this consultation, we'll discuss your objective in more detail.  Together we will look at your home and how it currently functions.  We will go over your concerns, plans, budget, discuss timeframes and the scope of the project brief.

SITE MEASURE AND SURVEY

​

We will measure the areas detailed in the scope of works in preparation to create 2D and 3D concept drawings of the spaces.

 ​

2D CONCEPT DRAWINGS

​

Here is were we bring your design to life by creating 2D concept drawings of the space.  Any amendments will be made during this phase also.

3D RENDERED IMAGES, FINISHES AND SELECTIONS SAMPLES

​

This phase is where you see your project come to life with coloured 3D renders of the spaces, product selection of finishes, fixtures, fittings, lighting, flooring and any furnishings specific to your project.  Samples of products will be obtained from suppliers for presentation.

PLANS AND DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

​

Once you are happy with the designs, fixtures, fittings and selections specification documentation, plans, elevations and section, drawings, plans, elevations and specification documentation will be completed for builders and trades.

QUOTING AND ORDERING

​

We'll get in contact with our trusted, qualified trades or your's and provide them will all of the information they require to quote on your project.

​

We also work alongside many trade only suppliers who offer product discounts, of which, our client's benefit.

​

SITE MEETINGS

​

Site meetings with third parties, trades and builders will be arranged during the renovation period for project facilitation.

​

INSTALLATION AND COMPLETION

​

Communication is key, so we liaise with you and all of the trades people to ensure a smooth installation process.

​
