MD Interiors was commissioned to oversee the full renovation of two rental units built in the 1980s. One unit’s kitchen required significant updates, so we designed and installed brand-new cabinetry with a focus on maximizing storage for future tenants. The remodel included a spacious walk-in corner pantry, overhead cupboards, and L-shaped base cabinets with a designated microwave space. To add a touch of luxury, all cabinets and drawers were fitted with soft-close mechanisms. The kitchen was completed with modern appliances, updated plumbing fixtures, and a sleek glass splashback for easy maintenance.

The bathrooms and toilets in both units underwent a complete renovation, featuring new tiles, plumbing fixtures, and fittings. To stay within budget, the existing layout was maintained while incorporating fresh updates. Additionally, new flooring, paint, wardrobe interiors and doors, lighting, and window treatments were installed, revitalizing the units with a modern and refreshed look.
